The Renaissance Dry Martini

Take a mixing glass with ice blocks
Drain melted water
Add 60ml of Renaissance Vodka, 5ml of Noilly Pratt vermouth, 2 drops of Orange bitters
Stir in with the ice for 10-15 seconds
Peel a thick lemon twist over the glass and garnish
Make a Lemon balm and bitter infusion by infusing Lemon balm with vodka for 3 hours.
Strain the compound and add to some orange bitters before spraying over the glass
The Renaissance Canaries Cocktail
By Francesco Lombardi:
- Pour 35ml of Renaissance vodka
- Add 15ml of Apricot liqueur
- Add 15ml of Passion fruit puree
- Add 35ml of Cloudy Apple juice
- Add 15ml of Zibrowka bison grass vodka
- With 5ml of Gomme syrup
The Renaissance Sour

- Pour 50 ml of Renaissance vodka into a cocktail shaker
- Make 100ml Bloody Mary mix
- Add Tomato juice, salt, lemon juice, Worcester sauce & Tabasco to the shaker with ½ a bar spoon Pink Peppercorn or black pepper
- Murdle gently & leave to sit briefly
- Put a stick of celery in a tall glass
- Fill with Ice cubes to the top
- Pour the mix from the shaker into the glass
- Garnish with a cucumber slice
The Renaissance Bloody Mary

- Pour 50ml of Renaissance Vodka into a cocktail shaker
- Add 25ml of freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
- Add 20ml of simple syrup
- Dissolve a 50/50 mix of caster sugar and water together stored in the fridge
- Add 1/2 an Egg White
- Add A couple of ice cubes and dry Shake in the shaker
- Then fill the shaker with ice and shake
- Pour into the glass
- And garnish with Lemon Thyme

- Add Leek infusion
- Add Pear Williams Mancini secco
- Add 1 drop Absinth
- Add 2 drops Lemongrass bitters
